Description
Join us for this Blended Intensive Programme about young researchers in health

The main objective of this Blended Intensive Program is to empower young people in the field of health sciences by providing them with the skills, tools, and international perspective needed to lead innovation and positive change in the health sector. Furthermore, this program aims to foster multi-perspective collaborations, enhance scientific skills, and promote active engagement in assessing emerging global health challenges.

The BIP has been designed to include students from different European institutions to work collaboratively during several months on real-world problems. To achieve this purpose, this program combine a previous online preparation, intensive face-to-face activities, and a follow-up period. During this period, participants will engage in project-based learning, hands-on workshops, cultural activities, visits to the Spanish healthcare system, debates and expert-led seminars focused on innovation, digital health, new research trends, scientific communication, leadership, and clinical research.

The virtual component will be focused on preparation, team formation and basic knowledge acquisition to enable students to manage themselves in the face-to-face activities with a well-founded knowledge.

The face-to-face activities will be focused on interaction with professional and researchers from several countries, allowing students to be involved in an international congress of young researchers, cultural activities and real-work environment in the host institution.

The follow-up will be online, and the participants will present their projects and receive feedback from an international panel of experts.

Overall, this BIP seeks to promote international collaboration, strengthen scientific and professional abilities and inspire young people to become leaders of the change in the health field across Europe.
