The focus will be on exploring intersections between law, social policy, and business to promote accessibility, equality, and sustainability. The stay is also intended to generate new project ideas and research proposals for future international cooperation.

Expertise in law, social sciences, or business studies, with a focus on human rights, disability inclusion, and sustainable development. Interdisciplinary background combining legal, economic, and managerial perspectives is highly valued. Preferred areas of expertise: -Disability law and policy (labour market, entrepreneurship, access to services) -Corporate social responsibility (CSR), business and human rights, ESG principles -Social innovation and inclusive business models for disability employment and empowerment -EU internal market, equality, and non-discrimination law (equal access and reasonable accommodation) -Sustainability and ethical governance in higher education and business (accessibility, diversity, inclusion) Open to collaborative, comparative, and practice-oriented research supporting ongoing work at Kauno kolegija’s Department of Management and Law in EU law, international business law, and social responsibility.

Kauno kolegija provides an interdisciplinary environment uniting law, management, and social innovation. The Department of Management and Law has strong expertise in EU and international business law, social responsibility, and sustainable governance, supported by participation in several Erasmus+ projects. Visiting researchers will have access to Kauno kolegija Library’s extensive electronic databases and research resources (biblioteka.kaunokolegija.lt ), and opportunities to co-author publications, develop project ideas, and participate in applied research on disability inclusion and accessibility in business and higher education.
