The ideal candidate should have expertise in, at least, one of the following fields: Machine Translation, Large Language Models, or Computational Phraseology. A background in Computer Science is hence a plus.

Strenghts of the offer/Expected benefits

The host is member of the Research Institute of Multilingual Language Technologies (IUITLM). IUITLM members have a broad range of experience in various contexts of knowledge transfer (seminars, conferences, companies, patents, etc) related to multilingual language technologies. Additional information

I have a good command (B2-C2 level) of Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Chinese, so anyone speaking one of those languages (either as their mother tongue or as a second language) is more than welcome to come since there will be no language barrier at all. Every year we have different invited researchers and teachers, so we have a wide experience hosting internships.
