The invited researcher will join projects from the groups Communication and Power in Contemporary Society and ReBiCom, and the network B Academics Spain. Main lines: citizen activism and climate communication (ActivaES2030), Latin American Communication Monitor (LCM), purpose-driven and B Corp communication, strategic communication for the 2030 Agenda, and biomimetic/regenerative innovation. The stay will address comparative, methodological, and decolonial approaches for social transformation.

The invited researcher should have a strong background in strategic communication, public relations, sustainability communication, or social innovation. Valued profiles include critical and decolonial perspectives, participatory and intersectional methodologies, and expertise in purpose-driven communication, CSR, and COMMtech. The role requires analytical and reflexive skills, sensitivity to epistemic diversity, and commitment to transformative communication research.

The Department of Audiovisual Communication and Advertising and the ReBiCom group offer an active research ecosystem with access to networks, funding, and innovation projects. The fellow will join a collaborative, plural, and critical environment, engaging with ReBiCom, B Academics Spain, and the Latin American Communication Monitor. Outcomes include joint publications, cross-national comparisons, and new collaborative frameworks under the UNINOVIS network.

Working languages: English and Spanish. The department has extensive experience hosting international researchers and PhD students from Europe and Latin America.
