Its key strengths include: Relevance to Global Health Priorities: The topic aligns with the World Health Organization’s (WHO) and European Commission’s sustainability strategies, emphasizing the need for environmentally responsible healthcare systems and climate-resilient nursing practices. Interdisciplinary and Applied Focus: The project connects environmental science with nursing education and clinical practice, fostering a holistic understanding of sustainable healthcare delivery. Contribution to Nursing Education and Practice: The outcomes will contribute to curriculum development and evidence-based recommendations for embedding environmental responsibility in nursing training and clinical protocols.
