SimCar is a complex learning environment (CLE) for operations management and production logistics Includes pre-assembly, mixed-model assembly line, warehousing, JIT/JIS material staging, and supplier functions Ongoing projects: KPI dashboards, automated visual quality inspection, and hybrid access via real-time video and virtual collaboration Plans to create additional CLEs, including: “Inside the Mind of an AGV” focused on robot navigation using SLAM A CLE concept on EPCIS (Electronic Product Code Information Services)
