Research lines/projects

Contribute to projects on microbiota and epigenetic regulation in breast cancer at the single-cell level Analyze human breast tumors through single-cell profiling Characterize intramural microbiota and assess tumoral epigenetic status Participate in wet lab tasks (sample processing, sequencing) and/or bioinformatics (data integration, modeling) Investigate mechanisms linking microbial communities to epigenetic changes and cancer progression Collaborate using multi-omics approaches to generate translational insights
