Dynamic and collaborative research environment, particularly strong in applied economics, finance, and data-driven policy analysis. Access to advanced research infrastructure, including the Bloomberg Terminal, and licenses for leading analytical and statistical software such as Stata, R, Python, SPSS and Power BI. Team with researchers with diverse qualifications and expertise, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation across these fields. Extensive datasets on Lithuanian enterprises and collaborate with research partners in Latvia and Poland to broaden access to regional economic and financial data. In addition, we engage with practitioners from key national institutions and organizations — including accounting and management software developers, and investor associations — fostering opportunities for applied research and real-world data analysis.

Ideal profile and expertise expected from the invited researcher
Researcher with experience or interest in applied economics, finance, or sustainable development, particularly in risk management, quantitative analysis, or data-driven research. Familiarity with large-scale databases (such as Bloomberg, Power BI, or other financial and environmental datasets) and proficiency in analytical tools (e.g. R, Stata, Python, or Matlab) would be an advantage. Previous involvement in international or interdisciplinary projects (such as Horizon Europe, COST, or Erasmus+) would be appreciated, and interest to develop joint publications, comparative studies, or project proposals.
