The UNINOVIS Hackathon "Resilient AI-Powered Supply Chain"

Description

The UNINOVIS Hackathon "Resilient AI-Powered Supply Chain" is an international, interdisciplinary hackathon where students develop innovative solutions to enhance the resilience of logistics and supply chains. During the event, teams will tackle real-world challenges related to artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, transportation and warehousing processes, and risk management. 

Main Theme: 

Resilient AI-Powered Supply Chain – exploring how generative artificial intelligence and cybersecurity principles can be used to create safer, more resilient, and more efficient logistics and supply chains.


The hackathon will take place on 17–19 November 2026, and students who successfully complete the programme will receive 3 ECTS credits.


1. Objectives

1.      To provide students with opportunities to apply their knowledge of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and logistics in practice;

2.      To foster innovation, creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills;

3.      To develop prototypes of new products, services, and processes that improve supply chain resilience;

4.      To strengthen the international identity of UNINOVIS and collaboration with industry partners;

5.      To develop future-oriented competencies in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.


The hackathon is primarily intended for students of Logistics, Transport Logistics, Management, Business Analytics, Business Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Economics, and Industrial Engineering. However, participation is open to all students interested in artificial intelligence, digitalization, innovation, and supply chain resilience.
