Day 1 – Introduction to AI agents in European Universities Alliances

  • 10:00 – 10:30 - Registration & Welcome session. Introduction to the BIP objectives, agenda and expected outcomes 
  • 10:30 – 11:30 - Theory: Agent workflows, Agent types, System promts, Evaluation... 
  • 11:30 – 12:00 - Coffee break
  • 12:00 – 13:30 - Observe and explore: One-shot architecture
  • 13:30 – 14:30 - Lunch break
  • 14:30 – 16:00 - Challenge: Create a Oneshot agent that informs about your University

Day 2 – AI for Research and Innovation

  • 10:00 – 11:30 - Theory: RAG architecture
  • 11:30 – 12:00 - Coffee break
  • 12:00 – 13:30 - Observe and explore: Tools to create research assistants with RAG architecture
  • 13:30 – 14:30 - Lunch break
  • 14:30 – 16:00 - Challenge: Create a basic RAG research assistant

Day 3 – AI in Teaching and Learning

  • 10:00 – 11:30 - Theory: teaching assistants. Keynote: Francisco Rejón Guardia (UMA)
